Invitation: Training course “Continuing to live after fleeing: Providing trauma-sensitive support to refugee youth in residential facilities (+)”

Dear future members,

We cordially invite you to an online training course on the topic of "Trauma and Flight". The training will take place on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. via Zoom.

This training is aimed at staff in residential facilities and group homes. Topics covered include the experiences of refugee youth, fundamental principles of displacement and trauma, and concrete suggestions for action regarding issues such as sleep disorders, suicidality, and dissociation. Self-care and case reflection are also addressed.
