Stronger together
Your donations help us purchase therapeutic materials, implement projects, or provide language interpretation for therapy sessions. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to refugees in Lower Saxony. The association is recognized as a non-profit organization and is therefore authorized to issue donation receipts. The average travel costs for those affected to reach their therapy location amount to €20.

On average, €50 covers the costs of language interpretation for one therapy session.

€75 covers the initial stabilizing conversations for a traumatized person.

Volunteering to help
You can support us with your involvement in our work in various areas
actively support.
We are looking for people who, for example:
- Accompanying refugees on their way to therapy, e.g. providing transportation
- help with official procedures
- Trips into the city make it possible
- Accompanying refugees to expert opinions
- Visiting refugee families at home/ helping with homework/ with the
- Children play…
We are also looking for interpreters, experts, therapists and doctors who can imagine volunteering on a case-by-case basis.
We have compiled some aspects of working with refugees in a flyer for psychotherapists and psychologists. If you would like to provide psychotherapeutic treatment, supportive counseling, or initial interventions for traumatized refugees – by prior arrangement – please feel free to contact us.
